Remote Control

 Agent Client Extension

Determines whether the user session is being remote controlled and provides information about the remote controlling endpoint.

Active
Set to true when the session is remote controlled.

Dynamic property with boolean data type.
Persists as LOCAL_REMOTECONTROL_ACTIVE for the local agent and REMOTE_REMOTECONTROL_ACTIVE for the remote device.

Gateway
Set to true whenever a gateway was used to access the virtual session. Supported on Citrix and VMware only.

Dynamic property with boolean data type.
Persists as LOCAL_REMOTECONTROL_GATEWAY for the local agent.

Gateway IP
Set to the IP address of the gateway used to access the virtual session. Supported on Citrix and VMware only.

Dynamic property with ip, text data types.
Persists as LOCAL_REMOTECONTROL_GATEWAY_IP for the local agent.

Protocol
Determines the protocol used to remote control the device. Currently support Console, RDP, ICA, NiceDCV, PCoIP, Blast and for IGEL clients we also support VNC. On an IGEL device, this is set to 'VNC' whilst remote shadowing is active.

Persists as LOCAL_REMOTECONTROL_PROTOCOL for the local agent and REMOTE_REMOTECONTROL_PROTOCOL for the remote device.

Remote Install Path
The installation path of the remote client. Supported on Citrix only.

Dynamic property with text data type.
Persists as LOCAL_REMOTECONTROL_REMOTE_INSTALLPATH for the local agent and REMOTE_REMOTECONTROL_REMOTE_INSTALLPATH for the remote device.

Remote IP
The IP address of the remote user.

Dynamic property with ip, text data types.
Persists as LOCAL_REMOTECONTROL_REMOTE_IP for the local agent and REMOTE_REMOTECONTROL_REMOTE_IP for the remote device.

Remote Name
The NetBIOS name of the remote device.

Remote Platform
The platform of the remote client.

Remote Version
The version number of the remote client. Supported on Citrix and VMware only.
