The category of security product, such as Firewall or Antivirus.

Realtime property with enum data type with options Firewall, Antivirus, Antispyware.
Persists as LOCAL_SECURITYPRODUCT_X_CATEGORY for the local agent and REMOTE_SECURITYPRODUCT_X_CATEGORY for the remote device.

Count

The number of security products.

Realtime property with number data type.
Persists as LOCAL_SECURITYPRODUCT_COUNT for the local agent and REMOTE_SECURITYPRODUCT_COUNT for the remote device.

Name

The name of the security product.

Realtime property with text data type.
Persists as LOCAL_SECURITYPRODUCT_X_NAME for the local agent and REMOTE_SECURITYPRODUCT_X_NAME for the remote device.

Signature Status

Set to Up-To-Date or Out-Of-Date depending upon the state of the security product signatures.

Realtime property with enum data type with options Up-To-Date, Out-Of-Date.
Persists as LOCAL_SECURITYPRODUCT_X_SIGNATURESTATUS for the local agent and REMOTE_SECURITYPRODUCT_X_SIGNATURESTATUS for the remote device.

Status

Set to Active or Inactive depending upon the state of the security product.

Realtime property with enum data type with options Active, Inactive.
Persists as LOCAL_SECURITYPRODUCT_X_STATUS for the local agent and REMOTE_SECURITYPRODUCT_X_STATUS for the remote device.

Note:
  • 1For Windows Client OS's, Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall are detected, in addition to any product identified by Windows Security Center.
  • 1For Windows Server OS's, Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall are detected. There is no support for Windows Security Center as this is unavailable on Windows Server.
  • 2For macOS, the system firewall is detected. There is no support for antivirus or antispyware products, or third party firewalls.
